These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Rudy Dispatch, operated by Rudy Construction Co. ("we," "us," "our"), including our dispatch, load tracking, and text messaging (SMS) program. By using Rudy Dispatch or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.
Rudy Dispatch is provided for authorized drivers, crew members, and personnel of Rudy Construction Co. and its affiliated haulers to coordinate load assignments, dispatch, scheduling, and job site logistics. Access is limited to individuals authorized by Rudy Construction Co.
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring operational text messages related to truck dispatch, load assignments, scheduling, and job site coordination, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Message frequency varies based on operational activity. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE at any time to discontinue text messages. Opting out does not affect your employment or job assignments.
Reply HELP for assistance, or contact our dispatch office.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment or service.
Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and device. We are not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages due to carrier limitations, signal availability, or device issues.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and mobile number up to date, and for the accuracy of information you submit (e.g., assignment preferences, contact details).
Rudy Dispatch is provided "as is" for operational coordination purposes. Rudy Construction Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Rudy Dispatch or continued enrollment in the text messaging program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
